The Dodgers have not lost a series in their last four and are 9-5 in their last 14 games. Obviously they are playing better. But are they all the way back?
Not even close.
Anyone who follows this team closely can still see they are struggling. The good news is Casey Blake and James Loney are showing signs of coming out of their struggles, and Manny Ramirez is starting to hit the ball hard.
However, Rafael Furcal is really bad right now, something isn't right with Orlando Hudson and Russell Martin flat out stinks.
I think there are signs of Andre Ethier and Matt Kemp slowing down, which is not good. This team just can't seem to get everyone (or most everyone, rather) hitting well together like they did for the first three months.
As much as the pitching has concerned us all year with questions about the end of the rotation and the bullpen, it's been very good. I don't worry too much about the pitching until the post-season when we need a guy or two to step up and be a shut down ace.
For now, the pitching is carrying us and will continue to do so.
So the team is going better, but by no means are they the team they once were.

No. All is not well.
the team cannot beat minor league players and pitchers, who are making us look stupid, these are the teams we are supposed to beat, our schedule is against weak teams and the losers up in the bay...
Many stakers hoarded rares, but with this new update, they can no longer afford to buy more rares so the demand has pretty much disappeared. It's a shame, since my purple went up like 40M since September.
